HealthByDon was conceived in the Summer of 2004 by Don Lee with the mission to help
reach out to working professionals, busy parents and seniors to help them get into the best
shape of their lives.  My interest in nutrition and weight training was developed at an early
age in middle school where reading the latest fitness magazines and working out became a
hobby. Many years later, it has led me to follow my passion to become a fitness
professional  for the last s
even years to help others also realize and achieve their health
and fitness goals and dreams as I did. With a BA degree in Psychology, a National
Academy of Sports Medicine certification,
CHEK Holistic Lifestyle Coaching Level 1 cert and
a background in the graphic arts, I am able to combine all my years of extensive and
diverse knowledge to creatively guide and create a new you...physically and mentally!

The benefits of living a healthy lifestyle and exercise are astounding! Not only will you lose

Exercise helps your body burn more calories than you would by dieting alone. Resistance
exercises increase the amount of muscle or lean body mass that you have, enabling you to
burn more calories and lose more weight. It will have a positive effect on your
musculo-skeletal, cardiovascular, respiratory, and endocrine system while enhancing
mood. It also reduces risk of premature mortality from heart disease, hypertension, colon
cancer and diabetes.

Exercise is empowering. When you exercise, you feel better, look better, and have more
